Shipping Methods
Items ordered from The Quilt Studio are typically shipped from Clifton Park, New York (12065) via United States Postal Service ("USPS") or United Parcel Service ("UPS"). Our preferred shipping method is USPS First Class, but you have the option of choosing a shipping method at checkout. Most in-stock orders are processed, filled and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends), although processing may take longer during holidays and peak season. Please contact us if you require special shipping arrangements not specifically listed.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Online orders at TheQuiltStudio.com automatically estimate shipping at checkout based on your shipping address. You can also view an estimate of the various shipping rates before you checkout. When offered, a free shipping option will be listed at checkout. In addition, the online checkout allows you to designate a shipping address that is different from your billing address.
Receiving Your Delivery
The Quilt Studio cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates for any product(s) purchased, but we will make every effort to facilitate speedy and timely shipping of all customer orders. Please note that standard shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you require special shipping arrangements contact us to upgrade your shipping method, or have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.
